Yamini Rangan
Yamini Rangan Chief Executive Officer

Yamini Rangan is Chief Executive Officer at HubSpot. Prior to becoming CEO, Yamini served as HubSpot's first-ever Chief Customer Officer, overseeing the marketing, sales, and services teams.

A tech industry veteran, Yamini has more than 24 years of experience ranging from product marketing, sales, and strategy. Yamini previously served as Chief Customer Officer at Dropbox, where she was responsible for embedding customer focus across the organization. Before Dropbox, she was VP of Sales Strategy and Operations at Workday, where she helped quadruple revenue and scaled the sales organization. At SAP, Yamini held several customer-facing leadership roles in strategy, pre-sales and value-based selling and helped close landmark deals.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, a Master’s in Computer Engineering, and an MBA from Berkeley. In 2019, Yamini was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Business by San Francisco Business Times. Yamini currently serves on the Board of Splunk, a cybersecurity company.

Brian Halligan
Brian Halligan Co-Founder, Executive Chairperson

Brian Halligan, co-founder and executive chairperson of HubSpot, served as the company's CEO until 2021. During this time, he earned consistent recognition on Glassdoor’s and Comparably’s lists of best CEOs. 

Brian coined the term "inbound marketing" and together with Dharmesh Shah built a movement around the concept, which included organizing the INBOUND event and co-authoring the book Inbound Marketing.

Prior to HubSpot, Brian earned an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management where he continues to stay involved. Brian developed MIT’s popular Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures class, which he has taught for over a decade. In recognition of his outstanding mentorship in entrepreneurship, MIT Sloan honored Brian with the Monosson Prize in 2023. In addition to teaching on the topic of scaling, Brian tweets, writes, presents, and talks on the topic often.

As the founder of Propeller Ventures, Brian directs a $100 million climate tech venture fund, specializing in ocean innovation investments. He serves on the boards of Navier and Aquatic Labs.

A passionate fan and scholar of the Grateful Dead, Brian co-wrote Marketing Lessons From the Grateful Dead with Bill Walton and David Meerman Scott. As the proud owner and steward of Jerry Garcia's Wolf guitar, he continues to honor the legacy of the iconic band. Currently, Brian is working on a film that explores the life and times of John Perry Barlow. He is also a co-author of an upcoming Harvard Business Review case study on the Grateful Dead.

Brian started his career with a BSEE from the University of Vermont.  He was an early employee at PTC and rose to become an SVP of sales there over a 10-year span. Then he ran sales at Groove Networks, which was later acquired by Microsoft.

Kate Bueker
Kate Bueker

Kate Bueker is the Chief Financial Officer at HubSpot, where she manages the company's finances, and is also the co-executive sponsor of the Women@HubSpot employee resource group. Kate has also served on the Procore Technologies, Inc. board of directors since April 2021.

Prior to HubSpot, Kate spent eleven years in finance and business development leadership roles at Akamai Technologies and most recently served as senior vice president of business finance and operations. During her tenure, Kate was instrumental in building out the finance business support capabilities and function at Akamai. Kate also spent almost 10 years in investment banking at The Blackstone Group, UBS, Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. 

Outside of work, Kate loves to travel (especially throughout Italy) and enjoys tennis and golf. Kate received her BA in mathematics from Cornell University and her MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Kate currently serves on the Board of Procore and Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

Rob Giglio
Rob Giglio

Rob Giglio is the Chief Customer Officer at HubSpot, overseeing the marketing, sales, customer success and revenue operations teams. He has over 20 years of industry experience leading and executing global marketing and sales initiatives.

Before joining HubSpot, Rob served as Chief Marketing Officer at DocuSign where he was responsible for marketing and digital sales. Prior to DocuSign, Rob was Senior Vice President, Digital Media Go-to-Market & Sales at Adobe where he was responsible for Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products and solutions. At Adobe, Rob led the global sales and GTM team of sales, marketing, digital and operations professionals with responsibility for over $7B in revenue for Adobe. Rob and his teams have been known for a relentless focus on customer acquisition and engagement through every step in the customer journey.  Rob’s previous professional experiences also include general management and marketing roles at Gap, Williams-Sonoma, Clorox and Procter & Gamble. 

Rob holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Alyssa Harvey Dawson
Alyssa Harvey Dawson

Alyssa Harvey Dawson is Chief Legal Officer at HubSpot where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal and compliance teams. She has over 25 years of broad-based legal experience overseeing corporate governance, corporate, M&A and commercial transactions, enterprise risk management, compliance, data privacy, intellectual property, regulatory and governmental/public affairs. Alyssa was Gusto, Inc.’s Chief Legal Officer from August 2020 to November 2022. Before joining Gusto, from June 2017 to July 2020, Alyssa was General Counsel at Sidewalk Labs, where, among other things, she was responsible for developing the legal team and data privacy strategy. From August 2011 until May 2017, she was Vice President, Global Intellectual Property at Harman International Industries, Inc. Prior to Harman, Ms. Harvey Dawson held senior legal positions with Netflix and Autodesk.

Alyssa received her BA, cum laude, in Journalism from Michigan State University and was an Honors College member. She received her JD, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a Board member of AppLovin (NASD: APP) and Make-A-Wish Connecticut.


Alyssa Harvey Dawson

Alyssa Harvey Dawson is Chief Legal Officer at HubSpot where she is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal and compliance teams. Chris Hogan

Chris is the Senior Vice President, Central Operations & Corporate Strategy at HubSpot. His teams are responsible for partnering with the executive team to define HubSpot’s long-term strategy; collaborating with the product leadership team; managing pricing and packaging; and product analytics. 

Before taking on Corporate Strategy, Chris scaled HubSpot’s Product Strategy and Operations function with a push to bring a freemium go-to-market model across all product lines. He was in the first class of the company's post-MBA Accelerated Leadership Program, a two-year cross-functional rotational program. Prior to joining HubSpot, Chris worked in investment banking at Barclays, where he covered infrastructure software and small-cap SaaS. 

Chris earned his MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he was a Fellow in both the Center for Digital Strategies and Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston College and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst and CPA in Massachusetts.

Whitney Sorenson
Whitney Sorenson

Whitney Sorenson is the Chief Technology Officer of HubSpot, where he is responsible for leading HubSpot’s engineering teams and technical strategy.

Prior to his role as CTO, Whitney was the Chief Architect at HubSpot, where he led HubSpot's infrastructure team and helped build a modern, scalable platform to move fast while deploying hundreds of services and products. Whitney has worked for startups and big companies alike but has always focused on building teams and developing innovative web technologies that deliver value to customers by creating something from nothing.

Whitney is a startup investor and advisor and holds a BS in Software Engineering from RIT.

Andy Pitre

Andy Pitre is the Executive Vice President of Product at HubSpot, where he is responsible for leading product strategy and building tools that help millions of organizations grow better.

Joining HubSpot in 2009, Andy worked across many areas of the organization, including customer success and marketing, before landing on the product team. He's worked on almost every part of the HubSpot product and was on the original team that built HubSpot CRM, and helped launch Sales, Service, and Operations Hub. 

Prior to HubSpot, Andy worked in marketing, sales, and even started two small businesses, which helped to inform his approach to product strategy. He's passionate about listening and solving for customers, shipping software that adds value, and leads his team to be customer-first and to think big and iterate small. 

Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Connecticut where he studied Anthropology. Although he didn’t plan it this way, studying anthropology and the way people work has helped him understand customers and build better products.

Andrew Anagnost has served as a member of our Board since August 2023. Mr. Anagnost is the current President and Chief Executive Officer of Autodesk. Dr. Anagnost’s career spans more than 25 years of product, business, and marketing experience focused on driving strategy, transformation, and product development — and includes positions at Autodesk, Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Company, and EXA Corporation. He also completed a doctorate degree at Stanford University and worked at NASA Ames Research Center as an NRC post-doctoral fellow. Prior to becoming President and CEO in June 2017, he served as Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of the Business Strategy & Marketing organization. Anagnost is also a member of the Autodesk Board of Directors.

Prior to that, Mr. Caldwell held the position of Vice President of Engineering for Reddit from October 2016 to October 2018. Mr. Caldwell also spent fifteen years at Microsoft and held various positions, most recently as General Manager for the Power BI product organization.

Prior to Stripe, Ms. Hughes Johnson spent ten years at Google leading sales and operations teams and in general management roles leading product, engineering, sales, and operations. Ms. Hughes Johnson has served on the board of directors of Ameresco since July 2021 and on the board of directors of Aurora Innovation since January 2022.
