As you may have seen, there was a press release distributed on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 regarding HubSpot entering into a strategic partnership in China with data solutions provider iClick. This press release, unfortunately, was a mistake as we have not entered into a strategic partnership with iClick, and have no current plans to enter the Chinese market. The release was not approved for distribution by the correct channels at HubSpot but rather issued incorrectly in connection with iClick’s acquisition of Parllay, which is an existing member of HubSpot’s App Partner and Solutions Partner programs.
