Biography

Mike Berry has served as a member of our board since April 2026. Mr. Berry is the Chief Financial Officer of MongoDB. He brings more than 25 years of experience in finance, operations, and general management across the technology industry. Mr. Berry oversees MongoDB’s global finance organization, including financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, and investor relations. Prior to MongoDB, Mr. Berry served as a CFO at multiple technology companies including NetApp, McAfee, FireEye, Informatica, IO (now Iron Mountain), SolarWinds, and i2 Technologies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Augsburg College and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. He also serves on the board of directors for Rapid7 and Calix.
